Planning Director 

? Advanced understanding of innovation, branding, strategy, design and application – in theory and practice

CRM Director

? Work closely with client leadership team and internal leadership team 
? Responsible for CRM program design and ensure the successful implementation and delivery of all CRM programs        
? Manage and intergrate CRM with WeChat and E-commerce systemLead data segmentation, persona creation, monetization, and customized communication planning for key segments.

? Bachelor's degree   Minimum 8 years of service management/ marketing experiences; proven experience leading a team in running CRM program on the Mainland is needed       
? Familiar with WeChat ecosystem, E-Commerce & Data usage and related technology aspects and services Proactive, service-orientated with strong people management, communication and problem solving skills.

Account Director (Social And Creative Base)

Client Servicing and Client Expansion
? Be the key contact person to the client and perform the lead role to deliver effective results for the client.
? Plans and shapes the future of each brand campaign and shares a clear vision of where the business is going to client and internal team.
? Pursues debates and actions that are right for the agency’s business and client; challenges the campaign status, next steps, and optimization plan of your team to deliver effective results.
? Value-adding to the business by inspiring client confidence and building enduring client relationships.
? Manages the financial health of the account and leads projects with financial targets in mind.

New Business
? Works on new business as and when required and pro-actively identifies opportunities for incremental revenue across multiple touch-points.
? Makes a strong contribution to the development of creative briefs, ensuring that they generate the best possible work, clearly define the Client requirements and are a solution to the Client’s business problem.
? Ensures the smooth delivery of multiple briefs and provides clear direction to the team and other departments.
? Be the brand guardian by understanding the brand architecture and requirements, and ensure that the translation of the creative product channelled to the end markets meet set standards with best in-class execution.

Team Management
? Managing, nurturing and developing the team and to give constructive and regular feedback to facilitate team motivation and career growth.
? Reports to the Head of Client Service, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

? The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and want to learn—and educate others—about other areas of customer acquisition and marketing, beyond SEM. 
? At least 8 years of experience in online marketing with an emphasis in social media and creative ideally managing International Client or ROI driven campaigns. 
? English communication skills – written and oral is a MUST, presentation skills are key for this role – as is speaking to clients in their own language. 
? Strong knowledge of Social Meida. Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba echosystem is a plus.

SEM Manager

The Search Engine Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and implementing paid search engine marketing activities with cross referencing to natural search result. This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay-per-click (PPC). 

The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of local Chinese search engines such as Baidu, 360 and Sogou keywords search and other paid search solutions template. Ideally in the agency background with a strong process knowledge in pay-per-click (PPC) management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative AB testing, and analytics.

? Act as a strong business manager of the search engine-marketing channel. Manage the revenue or KPI performance of the channel by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all PPC initiatives and campaigns; responsible for forecasting and budgeting of channel.
? Work with Social Media team in conceptualizing and creating innovative ideas to optimize performance Become a "product expert" in various type of industry, understand the hot issues and new developments, and create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the client or internal account and social team to develop relevant ads and landing page content.
? Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Baidu, 360 and Sogouetc) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
? Responsibilities include keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.
? Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.
? Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
? Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
? Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the rest of the search, accounts and business directors.
? Work with all team functions – Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels such as RTB and Social Media, and the rest of SEO team to implement an integrated search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations such as:
○Keyword research and specifications throughout web site pages
○Keywords recommendations for SEO Link building activities
○SEM navigation and conversion analysis (path to purchase)
? Prepare and execute on a SEM plan to establish an international SEM strategy in targeted regions/countries.
? Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research.

? Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing Degree preferred
? 4-5 years’ experience managing paid and natural search programs in-house or agency environment
? Should hold some combination of the following certifications: Baidu Certifications, Google Analytics Certification is a plus but not mandatory
? Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint
? Experience managing SEM campaigns in Baidu at least 
? Ability to write an attractive Ad copy based on the understanding of the product
? Analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from data gathered
? Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Account Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Account Manager of Digital Advertising Services (SEM Expertise background) with at least 2-4 years of experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who has expertise working with SEM but with also knowledge on Display and Paid Social campaigns and strategy. This person also has at least years of experience managing and growing other team members (1-2 Executives) and, again, is willing and able to be very hands on in accounts. 

We place a lot of value on a very supportive attitude with a real interest by transmitting knowledges, expertise and passion.

? Constantly assess and follow-up SEM daily work to insure quality delivery to client.
? Efficiently launch, manage and strategically optimize paid search campaigns across a diverse client base. 
? Analyze campaign data and provide meaningful, actionable insights. 
? Effectively communicate strategy and results to clients in reports and meetings—not just performance of keywords and ad copy, but rather, articulate insights on creative solutions, landing page strategy, and effectiveness of strategy beyond SEM-centric minutia. 

? At least 2 years of experience in online marketing with an emphasis in SEM, ideally managing International Client or ROI driven campaigns.  
? English communication skills – written and oral. 
? Advanced experience with SEM management platforms such as DS or other SEM management platforms;

Senior Operation Executive

? Manage all types of display campaigns on operation (including but not limited to Tencent Social Ad, WeChat, Jingzhuntong, DSP and other related platforms).
? Independently handle all the campaign briefing, setup, tracking, operation, optimization, reporting and insights.
? Coordinate with internal creative and account team to ensure campaign deliveries. 
? Familiar with Tencent Social Ads campaign mechanism, ad policy and ad format products line.
? Understand the features (pricing, advantage, etc ) of all Tencent ad product and be able to give operational recommendation to planning team.

? Minimum of 1 year hands- on experience operating at least two ad platforms (WeChat Ad and Jingzhuntong will be a plus). 
? Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital advertising adverting industry.
? Strong in data analysis, traffic management, campaign optimization, tracking and reporting. 
? Written English is a must. 
? Spoken English is favorable
? Preferably with proven project management skills
? Self-motivation and strong desire to learn.
? Good internal coordination and communication skills.
? Bachelor degree above.

Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive (SAE) help to Account Director/Account Manger serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. Support the day-to-day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the clients. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.

? Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand briefs 
? Provide quick response or solutions to client’s requests
? Manage numerous ongoing projects with clear priority allocation 
? Deal with several client contact persons in the same time 
? Debrief job requirements clearly to the internal team members 
? Monitor all project stages to guarantee that they run smoothly 
? Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

Project Manager – Digital Business Strategy 

What you will be doing: Key responsibilities 
Reporting directly to the Partner Consulting, your role will be : 
 ? Manage projects, or commercial proposal preparation process, involving the management of multidisciplinary teams, including Business Consultants, Data Scientists, Creatives, Media experts…  
? Handle clients directly on project assignments (run workshops, client meetings, formal presentations…)

What we are looking for
